All the courses are Distant Mode in nature; students are admitted throughout the year. They can commence their studies immediately after admission. However examination will be held only thrice a year – MARCH , JULY , NOVEMBER for 3 Months / 6 months / One Year and 2 years Certificate/Diploma & PG Diploma Courses.
Students on receiving the application form and prospectus should go through them carefully and then fill up the application form. The filled-in application form along with the prescribed fee should be sent to the Institute before the last date. The last date is mentioned in the application form.
On receiving the application form, the Institute will scrutinize the same and students who fulfil the admission criteria will be admitted.
The medium of instruction will be in English and Telugu.
Candidates are permitted to write all exams either in English or in Telugu medium.
Registration fee once paid is valid for three years from the date of registration. Students after completing one diploma course can join another diploma course without remitting registration fee, but within three years from the date of registration. Students are not permitted to join more than one diploma course at a time.
Students who do not complete the course within three years, their names will be deleted from the Rolls and they have to re-register their names with the institute by paying fresh registration fee of Rs.250/-
Students desirous of changing the course may apply for it on payment of Rs.500/- will be charged.
